highlights
August 2018
We unveiled our change from Students for Life of Michigan and officially became Protect Life Michigan! Same mission, refreshed name.
For the first time ever, students attended the Life Advocate Intensive! They learned apologetics, dialogue tips and life span development from pro-life experts and then took their new skills to the streets!
October 2018
180 students attended the Ignite and Equip Conference- doubling our audience from the previous year! We are continuing to expand every year and improve training topics.
January 2019
Our team is growing! In 2018, we hired Connor Adams & Angelica Abbott. In 2019, we hired Jenny Bober. Jessi Corsen was also promoted as Director of Campus Outreach in early 2019.
March 2019
A number of Albion College and WMU students were invited to Washington to meet President Trump during the signing of his executive order on free speech. We hope this helps end pro-life discrimination on campus!
Two graduating seniors were honored with Civil Rights Tributes from the Michigan House of Representatives!
May 2019
Thanks to some generous donors, we were able to purchase over 300 tickets for the Unplanned movie for our students!
After reviewing our current programs, we developed a new campus model! It was unveiled at a coalition meeting of our student leaders and will exponentially increase outreach on campus.
