We are a team of trailblazers, advocates, administrators, and innovators determined to end the violence of abortion.

Trevor leads the team, sets the strategy, and has an analogy for basically everything (seriously, everything). He’s driven by a deep commitment to ending abortion and an equally strong commitment to only wearing black and white. When he’s not working, he’s probably drumming, traveling, or at a concert fueling his love for punk ska. He and his wife, Christen, have two dogs.

If you’ve ever wondered where your support is going, Christen can tell you. She leads fundraising and makes sure supporters know the real impact of their generosity. Known for being a detail-obsessed perfectionist, she carefully inspects every idea before it sees the light of day. Outside of work, she’s traveling, hiking, gardening, or throwing pottery—and probably snacking on olives. She and her husband, Trevor, have two dogs, and yes… he technically stole her job.

Emily loves turning big visions into reality, preferably with a checklist, a spreadsheet, and a plan for making everything run as efficiently as possible. At PLM, she leads student events and the internship program, helping create experiences that make a lasting impact on students. Outside of work, she brings that same practical mindset to just about everything, from meal prepping and capsule wardrobes to home improvement projects. She’s a minimalist with a slightly crunchy side, a devoted fan of her espresso machine, and—perhaps most unexpectedly—a Green Bay Packers fan. When she’s not organizing something, Emily is probably spending time with her husband, Ian, and their daughter, Cecilia, at a girls' night, or bringing Cecilia to visit her cousin.

Adelaide brings thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and plenty of encouragement to the team—with just enough goofiness to keep things interesting. Outside of work, you can find her cooking, baking, or enjoying pour-over coffee while talking with friends about theology, paranormal experiences, or more natural ways to live. She and her husband share a little girl and two cats.

If it’s happening behind the scenes at PLM, there’s a good chance Elizabeth is keeping it running. She handles the nitty-gritty details—from payroll and bookkeeping to HR, budgets, and legal compliance—with a calm demeanor and a knack for computers. But don’t let her quiet nature fool you: Elizabeth has built a tiny house on wheels, is a certified NASP archery coach, and may or may not be in the middle of demolishing another part of her house. (Putting it back together is apparently a separate project.) When she’s not working, she’s playing euchre, knitting, sewing, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Andrew. She also collects all things cow, with more than 10 cow-themed items in her office alone, and loves listening to podcasts about conspiracy theories. Just don’t ask her to choose between her cow collection and her next home improvement project.

Liliana makes sure everything we say actually makes sense. She oversees our marketing content and keeps emails, social posts, and the website clear, consistent, and on-brand. Known for being thoughtful and composed—and for quietly being right most of the time (she’ll tell you this herself). In a past life, she ran an anonymous meme account in high school, which we consider excellent preparation for this role. When she’s not working, she’s exploring the city, reading non-fiction, or checking out a new coffee shop.
